CanUTest Etomidate Rapid Test Cassette ( For testing Space Oil )

This product is used for the qualitative in vitro detection of Etomidate (ETO) (commonly known as "Space Oil") in human urine samples.

Testing Procedure

1. Tear open the aluminum foil packaging along the notch and remove the test device.

2. Use the sample dropper to draw 4 drops of urine and add them into the extraction tube. Tighten the cap of the extraction tube and shake vigorously for 1 minute to ensure thorough mixing of the urine and reagents inside the tube.

3. Place the test card on a clean, flat surface, ensuring it is stable for accurate testing.

4. Use the sample dropper to draw the mixed solution from the extraction tube and add 3 drops into the sample well of the test card.

5. Wait for colored bands to appear on the test card. Results will be visible within 5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes, as they may no longer be accurate.

Detection Threshold

This product has a detection threshold of 10 μg/mL. If the concentration of etomidate in the urine reaches or exceeds this level, the test card will display a positive result.

Packaging

The product is individually packaged. Each box contains 1 complete test device, including a test card, extraction tube, sample dropper, etc., ensuring convenience and preventing cross-contamination.
