Shipping Cost
Free delivery will be applied automatically to your order in checkout upon purchase of HK$200. Shipping free of HK$30 will be charged for orders below HK$200.
Coverage of Delivery
Action Medical eShop Hong Kong only ship to addresses within Hong Kong including outlying islands (except PO Box addresses,Crooked Island (Kat O), Grass Island, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Po Toi, Ta Kwu Ling, Tung Lung Chau, Tung Ping Chau, closed areas in airport, Sha Tau Kok and Lok Ma Chau).
Delivery Duration
In normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 3 - 5 working days days after placed ( It may take a longer time during promotion ). Nevertheless, we endeavor to ship our orders as soon as we can whenever possible.
Remarks: Delivery to remote areas or outlying islands may require 1-2 additional working days
Please note that we will process the orders on Mondays to Friday except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
All orders placed after 9 am will be processed on the next day.
The estimated order arrival time only applies to usual days.
Your order will usually be delivered on time, although delays may occasionally occur especially during promotional period or public holidays. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery time and these may include unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners and weather disturbances. Action Medical carries no liability in these cases and recommends that orders are placed as early as possible.
Courier Service
Our orders are sent via courier service provided by Jumppoint / GOGOX / Cainiao / SF. Express depends on the area and must be signed for upon delivery. The courier will contact you by phone call before arrival. If there is no one picks up the call,the courier will go to the shipping address directly / delay in arrival. If the first delivery fails,the courier may contact you over the phone or SMS to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience. Please note that your parcel will be available for re-delivery on the next 1-2 business days.
If your order includes more than 6 boxes of mask, please choose Door-to-door delivery. Action Medical will not separate your order into 2 deliveries. We will do arrange any refund if customer fails to receive the parcel.
Track your Order
When your order is dispatched, the courier will contact you by phone call before arrival. For shipment to SF Locker / SF Store, customers will be notified via SFHK APP to pick up the parcel once it has been loaded into SF Locker / arrived at SF Store.

Please contact us before ordering to obtain latest overseas postage.
All overseas orders will be shipped by HK Post "SpeedPost".
Please note that mailing anything overseas may result in an import tax that is calculated upon the package’s arrival at the customs office of its final destination. A customs officer will notify the recipient of the package of taxed amount and payment. The package will only clear customs after its taxes have been paid.
Due to the reduction or cancellation of flights by airlines, Speedpost items sent to certain destinations may be subject to delay.
