Action Medical Sundries Ltd. was founded in 1985. Action Medical has focused on the production of various disposable non-woven medical products and established the Canuxi brand. Products include medical products, masks, isolation gowns, bedspreads, protective clothing, etc.

Own mask fabric

Focusing on non-woven fabric production for 35 years, with the introduction of European spun-bond non-woven fabric production lines,  we specializes in producing water-repellent,hydrophilic,flame-retardant, melt-blown, laminating, elastic, degradable, PET and other functional non-woven fabrics. In strict accordance with ISO dual system management, Action Medical is the only supplier in Hong Kong that produces 3-layer mask cloth and masks at the same time.

Our factory

Our factories are located in Shenzhen and Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Since April 2020, Action Medical has set up two factories in Kwai Chung of Hong Kong, covering an area of ​​more than 8,000 square feet, to meet the huge market demand.

Our production line

In Hong Kong, we set up a multi-line production line to manufacture more than 400,000 masks every day. All masks have undergone professional quality inspections and complied with international standards.

ISO 14644-1 Class 8 Dust-free clean room

Our dust-free clean room has passed the ISO Class 8 standard in ISO 14644-1 +, ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System Standard.

Our masks

The masks produced by Action Medical meet the standards of ASTM F2100-19 Level 3, bacterial filtration rate BFE≧99% and particulate filtration rate PFE≧99%.

ASTM F2100-19 Level 3 EN14683 Type IIR, bacterial filtration rate BFE 99% and particle filtration rate PFE 99% standard masks were also introduced in August.

Strict and stable quality with professional certification

We produce high-quality medical products with perfect facilities and implementation of team spirit. The products are trusted by vast number of medical and beauty institutions for their stable quality! Our clients include Hong Kong Hospital Authority, public or private hospitals and clinics. In 2020, we were granted two production lines under the local mask production subsidy scheme.

Eligible applicants for the subsidy scheme are required to meet the following five basic conditions:

-        equipped with the necessary equipment for the production line in Hong Kong;

-        equipped with raw fabric materials in Hong Kong;

-        owned or leased factories in Hong Kong;

-        owned, leased or hired a contractor to set up dust-free clean workshop facilities in Hong Kong; and

-        Each production line produces at least 500,000 masks per month
