Due to the latest epidemic situation, the latest delivery arrangements for all orders are as follows:
1. Door-to-door Delivery (Zeek)
- Our service provider for door-to-door delivery is Zeek, where door-to-door delivery is still available. In view of the further aggravation of the epidemic and the sharp increase in freight demand, the delivery time of all products will not be guaranteed (it is expected to be extended by 3-5 working days). Thank you for your understanding.
- If the address has any confirmed case, parcel will be placed in the lobby.
- In order to cooperate with the government's new round of anti-epidemic measures, some buildings have banned all types of door-to-door delivery services, and Zeek will not be able to deliver goods to the door. In this case, parcels can only be delivered to the designated place arranged by housing estate.
- Delivery staff may place the shipment outside the delivery location and take a photo for record.
- Due to the huge workload of the delivery staff, requirements such as "advance notification before delivery" and "specific delivery time" cannot be guaranteed.
- When the courier encounters a building that is closed for inspection/inaccessible, the order needs to be postponed
2. SF Station / SF Smart Locker Delivery Arrangement
Starting from 18 March, except for the buildings
in the following designated areas, delivery services are still suspended for all isolation centers, community treatment facilities and buildings with confirmed cases in the past 14 days.
